The owner is a property investor in the are, she has a few properties for short term rentals in this area (Broadstairs, Margate and Ramsgate) I have photographed all her properties and she believes that having professional photographs of her properties have increased the amount of booking. She believes that customers have a larger choice of properties to choose from and shoeing her properties photographed by a professional photographer with good lighting, interesting styling and so on make her properties to look at their best. It is very interesting to see how she has set up some of the rooms with the sofa-beds open and in use and also in the bedrooms with two single beds of a double bed.
